We didn't study the checkout problem. We had it.
IndiSell began as the in-house checkout of a live Indian D2C store — built by the people paying for its RTOs. Everything on this site exists because running that store demanded it.
Store first. Product second.
The store
We ran a live Indian D2C storefront and hit every wall ourselves: four-minute checkouts, COD returns eating margin, carts vanishing anonymously, ad platforms blind to cash revenue.
The tool
So we built our own checkout — OTP identity, risk-scored COD, WhatsApp recovery, server-side conversions. Every rule earned its place on real orders and real couriers.
The product
It worked well enough that making it multi-tenant was the obvious next step. IndiSell is that tool, productised — with the store still running on it as merchant zero.
Four rules we don't break.
They shaped the product before there were customers to impress — they're not marketing.
Your money is yours
Payments settle in your own gateway accounts. We build the checkout, not a wallet — IndiSell never holds merchant funds.
Honest by default
No invented metrics, no fake logos, no dark patterns — on this site or in the product. Illustrations are labelled illustrations.
Operator speed
We run a store on this checkout every day. Problems get felt before they get filed — and fixed at operator speed, not roadmap speed.
India-first engineering
COD, UPI, WhatsApp, GST, pincodes, IST — first-class citizens, not localisation afterthoughts.
Small team. Skin in the game.
We're a small operator-engineer team — the same people who run the original store, answer merchant WhatsApp messages and ship the fixes. When you book a demo, you talk to someone who has personally eaten an RTO.

Redefine your checkout.
See it live on your own store — a private preview link runs the real checkout for you before a single shopper sees it.
